Our Group is a safe and supportive space for individuals who are ready to explore and understand their emotions on a deeper level. Together, we will work towards developing emotional intelligence and building resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
In this group, we will use evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and emotion-focused therapy to help you identify and regulate your emotions. We will also explore the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, and work towards developing healthier coping strategies.
Our goal is to help you cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and self-compassion, so that you can navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and confidence. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply want to deepen your emotional understanding, this group is here to support you on your journey towards emotional wellness.

Understanding Ourselves in an Emotionally Driven Society
Hey There! We are thrilled to offer groups that will explore the fascinating realm of emotions, how they impact us daily, and how to manage them effectively in this emotionally charged world. This space was specifically created for us to come together, share experiences and gain a deeper insight into ourselves while raising awareness of how best to manage them in everyday life.
So what can you expect? Our primary goal is your privacy and respect. Our environment provides you with an outlet where your thoughts can freely express themselves knowing they will be held in confidence while being met with understanding. Our groups are led in person and via Telehealth by experienced mental health professionals who will lead our discussions and offer insightful knowledge. Together we will explore various topics, such as how emotions impact our lives; society’s influence on emotional well-being; strategies for personal growth and self-awareness. Coping mechanisms may prove invaluable when facing challenging times, helping promote emotional health, and foster personal growth.
Your active participation is welcomed; please don’t feel pressured into sharing more than feels natural for you. At our groups, everyone’s voice matters and even if you prefer listening and learning over speaking out, just being present adds depth and diversity to our discussions. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with others, exchange experiences, and offer support. Remember, we’re all here to learn from and uplift one another. In each session, our facilitators will offer practical strategies and tools for understanding and controlling emotions in today’s emotionally charged society.
Spots for our groups are limited as we aim to ensure everyone can find a supportive space where they can express themselves and learn about their emotions and implement tools right away. We encourage you to reserve yours in advance. Our next groups will start on August 2023.
