Take a moment to settle in and become aware of your breath. Just notice the natural rhythm of your breathing, without trying to change it. Inhale and exhale, feeling the gentle flow of your breath in and out of your body. Imagine your thoughts as clouds passing through your mind – observe them without attachment and let them drift away during this exercise.
